Attempting to lose weight
So I'm trying to have even diet, drink more water, and exercise. It's hard, so far, but nothing happened yet. I had sore muscles. But now, I can swim 10 laps without getting cramps :]. After that, I do 20 sit-ups, 10 + push-ups, squats, exercises for the gluteus maximus, hulahoop for 5 minutes, and door squats. I can't do pull-ups yet, but I'm working towards it :). I'm trying to eat less, by drinking a lot of water before a meal. Hahaha, I'm drinking water right now, too. Well, through a straw anyways. FIGHTING!
